Kee ft JC Sona Tino Atilla – Akhiyan Remix
After the huge success of ‘Akhiyan’, British Asian artist Kee returns with a new remix of the track featuring the producer JC Sona and rapper Tino Atilla.
This buzzing new remix takes Akhiyan to a brand new level and reaches out further afield to newer audiences whilst keeping her existing fanbase content. The song is available as a FREE DOWNLOAD from Kee’s Soundcloud: CLICK HERE.
Akhiyan is a Punjabi-infused dancefloor anthem, with a beat produced by JC Sona and additional vocals by Tino Atilla.
Speaking about the track, Kee says: “I really loved working with these guys. I think they’ve really done justice to the original version and I’m sure that people will enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed making it!”
JC Sona was born and raised in Southampton and labelled the ‘Master of the Decks’.
Previously a member of chart topping, world touring group ‘Sona Family’ (signed to Sony BMG, India), JC has won awards alongside the crew for their hit single ‘Glassy’ feat Hard Kaur and nominations for best group/album for ‘Make Some Noise’.
Alongside the group, JC has songs featured in critically acclaimed US TV shows such as MTV’s‘The Hills’ and NBC’s ‘Las Vegas’ and as a soloist, his single ‘Nakhro’ has been featured in the UK’s most loved soap, ‘Eastenders’ and his recent release ‘Falling Star’ is currently doing the round on dance floors around the world.
Growing up with a mish-mash of musical taste, JC Sona brings his own style to the table by fusing sounds and working with an array of artists from different genres. His current production portfolio consists of RNB, trap, dubstep, hip hop, dance and house music.
Tino Atillo has been in the music industry since the mid 90’s. Beginning his journey as a resident DJ at his local nightclub and experimenting with rap in his spare time. He started music production in the year 2000 and remained behind the scenes for 4 years producing for himself and others. His eventual return to the forefront saw him cap four mixtapes in the first year. As well as developing his rap style he also developed his singing ability making him more of a force to be reckoned with.
He has since gone onto successful group, solo and feature projects till present date. With hits endorsed in Europe and the UK making the rounds and music featured on BBC 1 in 2014. As of the last few years he has become a writer for other budding artists in the industry.
