Saainyaan – STRANDS – DJ Swami featuring Unnati Dasgupta, Lanja Ali and Amrit Kaur STRANDS is an electronica meets world music collaboration led by the award winning British Indian composer DJ Swami, taking you on an emotional and uplifting musical journey of optimism fused with the soul-searching Sufi lyrics of love and spirituality. All STRANDS writing and recording sessions for ‘Saainyaan’ took place remotely using digital recording and social media platforms during the peak of COVID-19 lockdown in 2020/2021. The featured artists shot their own video footage which was produced and edited by DJ Swami.
