Punjab Da Munda, Punjabi Superstar Dijit Dosanjh has once again made all the Punjabis proud. With his performance in the 2016 movie Udta Punjab, the actor won hearts of the whole Bollywood. He went on to win many awards and he has once again bagged one of the most prestigious awards in Bollywood at IIFA 2017.
Diljit Dosanjh was nominated in two categories, Playback Singer Male (Ik Kudi Reprise Version), and Debut Actor Male (Udta Punjab). He ended up winning IIFA Best Debut Actor. His co-stars Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor also took away the biggest awards of the night. The awards for best actor and best actress. This is one of those huge milestones he has achieved this year.
Apart from taking home an IIFA, Diljit Dosanjh also kick-started the IIFA Rocks. He performed a number of his songs there. The Superstar made audience dance around and go crazy with his jalwa. Even among all this
One thing about Diljit Dosanjh that makes everyone go Berserk is his humble nature. The way he still respects his roots and wears his culture as a crown. Even among all this glamor and glitz the actor-singer he hasn’t lost in the light. Accepting his award he didn’t forget to thank Punjabi Cinema and said,
