Speed Records presents D Thandi with his debut song Na dasdeh releasing worldwide 8th June. D (Dave), Born and raised in Canada had a passion for singing from a young age growing up to singers such as Babbu Mann. Dave studied in the health sector but felt music was is path. He is now set to launch his singing career with a bang launching a worldwide. The song Na Dasdeh written by Gursimran Thiara and music by Intense is a fun, catchy, punjabi song which will catch on with music fans worldwide.
Dave who is a self-taught singer began singing from a young age before he met with Intense to work on his debut. “Myself and Intense have known each other for 15 years through elementary and highschool. For the last year we have been doing music together and this track Na Dasdeh was our ultimate hit song which wil rrlease on a qood quality level. I like this song because of the catchy chorus and music to first time listeners. It tells people not only that I am a Canadian born singer but also where I am from back home and where my parents are from. Daulatpur District Nawanshar”.
His musical influences go from Babbu Mann to Diljit Dosanjh and Tarsem Jassar for his strong musical lyrics and meaning to songs. Dave plays the Dhol, Harmonium and Tabla from a young age which developed his passion for singing and performing. The video is directed by the beautiful actress and RJ Gurpreet Grewal who has starred in many films from Hero Naam Yaad Rakhi to Jag Jeyonde De Mele starring Harbhajan Mann, The video is a fun video starring D Thandi and Intense.
